Move-In/Move-Out

After you sign the lease to move in, you have 48 hours to report any issues you have with your new apartment. Refer to your lease for other information.

Refer to your lease for move-out terms. Typically, you will be required to give 30-days written notice prior to move-out. Your last payment must be in cash, money order or certified funds. You are required to schedule a walk- thru upon vacating the said apartment.
